RevSpring Announces New Campaign Messaging to Activate Patient Response Prior to Service

Enhances Arrived™ and Talksoft® with multi-touch engagement for appointment preparation, forms completion, self-scheduling, and more

Campaign messaging is a major expansion of RevSpring’s preservice suite, including the Arrived™ visit management platform and Talksoft® patient messaging and appointment reminders. New multi-touch campaign capabilities proactively reach patients via phone, text or email, and now include additional features and staff-facing tools to manage and distribute campaigns.

Preservice campaigns enable healthcare providers to execute coordinated requests and reminders to complete patient intake forms, prepare for and remember appointments, make payments preservice, and schedule services. Group message campaigns can be personalized for individual patients thanks to “magic links,” which eliminate the need for patients to identify themselves and also provide tracking capabilities of individual patient responses showing when messages are received, links are clicked, and actions are initiated and completed.

Reporting includes both detailed views of patient activity in individual profiles and an aggregate view of activity across campaigns, as well as analytics-based reporting on the overall effectiveness of campaigns.

Delivery mechanisms are configurable and flexible, allowing messages to be delivered on a predetermined, regular schedule. Messages can run off an automated data feed with EHR integration or through on-demand data upload and user-defined scheduling options.

Campaign messaging use cases with RevSpring’s new functionality include:

  • Targeting messages around patient education, scheduling, appointment updates, forms completion, or to begin a conversation
  • Reaching large groups of patients in advance of their appointments with updated information or instructions by selecting from a provider’s list of appointments and sending a broadcast
