Rahul Gupta is the Chief Executive Officer for RevSpring, joining the company in January 2017.

Mr. Gupta brings over 30 years of experience in the financial services and payments industries, having served in a variety of capacities ranging from business line management and product development to management consulting. Most recently, Mr. Gupta was the Executive Vice President and Group President of Billing and Payments Solutions for Fiserv, a financial technology Fortune 500 company. In his ten-year tenure with the company, Mr. Gupta was a crucial player in helping Fiserv establish market leadership. He managed various payments business lines at the company including electronic billing and payments solutions, credit and debit processing, mobile and online banking solutions and payments network solutions. He also led several strategic acquisitions which enhanced Fiserv’s competitive posture. Previously, Mr. Gupta served as President of U.S. Operations for eFunds Corp (acquired by Fidelity Information Services, FIS) and has held executive positions at i2 Technologies, Summit Marketing Group, Fidelity Investments, and PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting.

He graduated Magna Cum Laude with an MBA from Indiana University and earned a BA in Commerce from Delhi University as well as Chartered Accountancy (CPA) certification from Delhi, India.

John Carson is Chief Operating Office (COO) and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RevSpring. Mr. Carson is a senior financial leader with more than 20 years of Big 4 public accounting and senior financial experience. He is a CPA and has served as CFO at both service and automotive companies owned by private equity investors.

Prior to joining RevSpring in 2014, Mr. Carson was CFO of Meridian Lightweight Technologies, a tier one automotive supplier producing magnesium die cast parts. While at Meridian, Mr. Carson was responsible for the global finance and accounting functions with operations in U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K. and China. Before joining Meridian, Mr. Carson spent six years as CFO at Southfield, Mich.-based Fluid Routing Solutions, Inc. and was responsible for all finance, accounting, tax, risk management functions along with human resources and information technologies for this tier one automotive parts supplier.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Carson served as CFO for ASC Incorporated, a tier one automotive parts supplier, Innovative Leather Technologies, LLC, a start-up automotive leather finisher, Peregrine Incorporated, a tier one automotive supplier, and EQ – The Environmental Quality Company, hazardous waste treatment and disposal.

Mr. Carson has a BA in Accounting from Michigan State University and earned his CPA certification in 1992.

As President of Healthcare Services at RevSpring, Marty Callahan works closely with industry leaders and an integrated corporate team to establish strategic objectives and direction for RevSpring in the healthcare industry.

Prior to joining DANTOM in 2012, Mr. Callahan spent 23 years with TransUnion, a $1 billion provider of data, analytics and workflow solutions for the financial services, healthcare and ARM markets. His leadership positions included Vice President of the Healthcare Solutions and Analytic Decision Services group. Between two stints at TransUnion, he also held senior-level leadership positions for SAIC (Science Application International Corporation) and Foresight Corporation. These roles were focused on the healthcare market, specifically in clinical systems integration, business consulting, revenue cycle management and HIPAA compliance.

From 1987 to 2000, Mr. Callahan worked in technology and sales roles for TransUnion and has extensive experience in predictive analytics, data management, decisioning systems and business rules automation for the healthcare and financial services industries.

Mr. Callahan received a BS in Business Administration and Marketing from Ohio State University.

Bill Needham joined RevSpring in 2015 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the development of RevSpring’s customer-facing technology solutions and platforms.

Mr. Needham previously served as Vice President, Technology and Development at Wellness & Prevention, a Johnson & Johnson company. His career has also included stops at Thomson Reuters Healthcare – holding positions as Vice President of Applications Development and Vice President, Product Engineering – and Fair Isaac, where he spent 8 years helping to drive customer-oriented technology solutions. In total, Mr. Needham has more than 30 years of experience in IT.

Mr. Needham holds a BS in Mathematics/Computer Science from Purdue University, and an MBA from Northern Illinois University.

Bernie Mamon

Bernie Mamon joined RevSpring in 2018 as the company’s Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is responsible for application development and support, platform integration and infrastructure design, architecture and related program/project management, as well as security and compliance. Previously, Mr. Mamon served as COO/CIO & SVP of Biller Solutions at Fiserv for nearly eight years where he focused on strategic planning, application development and support, portfolio management, business management, service management, end to end operations, and risk management. Additionally, he held other executive positions at Fiserv that included overseeing their corporate systems, IT vendor management, enterprise infrastructure and end to end operations, an IT transformation program, new merger IT integration, and unified communications (email, internal applications, mobility, desktop support, call centers, and telephony). Earlier in his career, Mr. Mamon spent 10 years as Vice President at EDS, an HP company, where he oversaw the company’s Enterprise Service Management (ESM) line that included all service line sales, service strategy, service design, development, deployment, service transition, and service operations. Also, during this period at EDS, Mr. Mamon was a Client Delivery Executive responsible for the overall global operations of one of their largest clients.

Mr. Mamon received a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management and Computing from Lewis University and completed graduate leadership programs at Indiana University and Darden University. His depth of technology experience includes quality process improvements, integration of acquired companies, and executing organization transformation focusing on processes, tools, and measurements.

Barb Rice, Chief Human Resources Officer, joined RevSpring in 2012 as Vice President of Human Resources. She is responsible for positively fostering RevSpring’s team culture and implementing HR processes across the United States at RevSpring’s multiple locations.

Prior to joining RevSpring, Ms. Rice served as VP of Human Resources, overseeing offices in the United States and Europe at both Caymen Chemical Company, a research chemical company located in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and Orchid Orthopedic Solutions, an equity-owned company, specializing in the manufacture of orthopedic and dental implants.

Earlier in her career, she spent six years as Vice President of Human Resources at Emergent BioSolutions, an equity biotech manufacturing and research company with locations in the United States, Europe and Middle East.

She received her undergraduate degree in Labor Relations from Michigan State University and an MS in Human Resource Administration from Central Michigan University.

Robert Horwitz joined RevSpring in 2018 as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. He is responsible for managing the company’s legal services and compliance functions, as well as leading and overseeing the company’s Compliance and Ethics Program, which encompasses all regulatory agency guidelines and other recognized continuous improvement tools.

Prior to joining RevSpring, Mr. Horwitz was a partner at Dykema Gossett, a national law firm where he practiced in the financial industry group and specialized in debt collection issues. In this position, he represented and counseled banks, debt buyers, collection agencies, and law firms on litigation, regulatory, and compliance issues arising under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA).

Additionally, Mr. Horwitz served in the General Counsel’s office at Asset Acceptance Capital Corp. His experience as in-house and retained counsel allowed him to become a “thought leader” on emerging and existing issues facing the debt collection industry, including building and maintaining an effective compliance management system. Mr. Horwitz received his B.A. from the University of Michigan and his J.D. from Wayne State in Detroit.

Mark Waterstraat joined RevSpring in August 2017 as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Product Development and is responsible for the company’s corporate strategy and marketing, product management, as well as corporate and business development. He brings over 20 years of experience, specializing in driving new technologies and services into the healthcare and financial services markets. Prior to joining RevSpring, Mr. Waterstraat was Senior Vice President at WEX Health, overseeing the company’s health insurance premium billing, COBRA, and public sector businesses.

In 2006, Mr. Waterstraat co-founded Benaissance (now part of WEX Health) and lead the company’s technology, strategy, product, sales, and marketing teams from inception through the company’s 2015 acquisition by WEX, Inc.

Mr. Waterstraat is a sought-after speaker and industry expert, frequently addressing national leaders and industry organizations as an advocate for consumers and improved healthcare billing practices. He resides in Chicago with his family and serves on the Parent Philanthropy Committee for the University of Chicago Laboratory Schools.

He received his BA with concentration in American Government from Dartmouth College.

John Telford joined RevSpring in January 2018 as President of Financial Services. He is focused on working closely with industry leaders and leading strategic objectives and direction for RevSpring’s Financial Services team. Telford brings over 20 years of senior leadership and deep industry knowledge in providing data, analytics, and workflow solutions to Financial Services markets, including credit grantors and Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) organizations.

Prior to joining RevSpring, Mr. Telford served as a Vice President for Equifax, a multi-billion dollar consumer credit reporting agency. In this role, Mr. Telford was responsible for integrating two acquisitions in the United States and internationally. Mr. Telford also served as CEO North America for the TDX Group, a start-up company located in the United Kingdom that developed SaaS, data, and analytical technology platforms to the financial services consumer credit risk/ARM markets. In this position, Mr. Telford led multiple business units and established brand and market-share dominance. As a result, the company was voted one of the top 50 places to work, a top 100 growth business, and in 2014, the company was acquired by Equifax.

Additionally, Mr. Telford has held numerous other leadership roles across the financial services, payment, and ARM markets in the United States and internationally. He served as Senior Vice President at OSI, and was Senior Vice President and General Manager (North America Payments and UK and Europe Payments) at the Thomas Cook Group, a global financial services and travel company.

Mr. Telford received his Bachelor of Arts of International Studies and Economics from Rhodes College, located in Memphis, Tenn.
