Valerie Schmidt Mondelli joins RevSpring as Executive Vice President – Healthcare Chief Commercial Officer

New position will drive sales efforts and market strategy in the healthcare market

Livonia, Mich. (June 19, 2020) – RevSpring, the leading provider of healthcare financial engagement and payment solutions, today announced that Valerie Mondelli, a leader with over 20 years of experience and exceptional results in healthcare and financial data and technology, joins the company as Executive Vice President – Healthcare Chief Commercial Officer. Valerie will drive sales efforts and market strategy for RevSpring in the healthcare market.

Valerie brings more than 20 years of sales, marketing and operations experience with leading healthcare organizations, spanning retail pharmacy, health systems, health plans, pharmaceutical manufacturers, and e-commerce.

Previously, Valerie was the Chief Revenue Officer at Verisys for three years. She built and executed the growth strategy for Verisys, the leading provider of healthcare credentialing software and services. Under her leadership, Verisys helped retail, hospital, payer and government customers improve patient safety by verifying and monitoring providers to make sure they were always in good standing.

Valerie has over 20 years of experience in diverse markets including healthcare information technology, software, financial network services and payment platforms and the pharmaceutical vertical. She started her career at Eli Lilly & Company, where she served in various sales and marketing roles. She then entered FinTech, where she served in various business development roles at FiServ. For over a decade, Valerie ran sales and account teams, operations and marketing teams at RelayHealth, a division of McKesson. She worked closely with retail, hospital and pharmaceutical customers to build the largest and leading pharmacy connectivity network which later acquired Cover My Meds.

Valerie graduated from West Virginia University with a BS in Pharmacy and received her MBA at Georgia State University. Valerie was a Presidential Scholar at West Virginia University, has served on several boards including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, WVU’s Pharmacy School Advisory Board and Georgia State’s Young Business Leaders. Valerie was recognized by Hot Topics in 2016 as one of the Top 100 U.S. Sales Leaders & Operations Executives.
