RevSpring’s Scott MacKenzie Recognized as a 2022 Top 50 Healthcare Technology CEO

Honor highlights company’s exceptional leadership in healthcare engagement and payments

Nashville, TN (May 17, 2022)RevSpring, the leading provider of healthcare financial engagement and payment solutions, is proud to announce that Scott MacKenzie, CEO, has been named to Healthcare Technology Report’s Top 50 Healthcare Technology CEO list for 2022. This year’s list comprises some of the most accomplished executives in the healthcare technology industry.

Scott has led RevSpring to advance and revolutionize healthcare solutions, spearheading innovations in patient experience and payments. During the last year, under his leadership the RevSpring team has introduced and advanced several new products that addressed customers’ patient engagement and payment collection goals. Specifically, Scott led a partnership with T-Base Communications that enables RevSpring to deliver fully accessible consumer engagement, including billing information, across digital and print channels for visually and cognitively impaired patients and consumers, as well as those with auditory requirements. He also inspired the team’s launch of OmniBrain™, which orchestrates OmniChannel patient journeys and results in higher self-service rates and a two times higher response rate for patient engagement, compared to single channel communications. Additionally, he continued innovating existing products like PersonaPay™ and Arrived™—all products that advance RevSpring’s work to use data-driven insight to design, analyze and improve communications and billing solutions that increase patient engagement and payments.

“I’m honored to be recognized among this group of exceptional healthcare technology leaders,” said Scott MacKenzie, RevSpring CEO. “I share this distinction with my entire team who has put my strategic vision in motion. They look at the entire healthcare experience from the patient’s point of view and create engagement solutions that benefit both them and the provider. I’m proud to lead a group of such tremendously talented and dedicated professionals.”

As the healthcare industry continues to change and evolve, the patient experience is paramount. Engagement in healthcare requires a masterful balance of innovation, empathy and perseverance, which Scott has mastered during his more than 25 years in the industry. His vision, passion, quality standards, and unwavering focus on putting the customer first have notably transformed the success of the RevSpring organization, its employees, and customers.

The year’s awardees come from a variety of backgrounds and have wide-ranging professional histories, but they share at least one thing in common: they have all led their company to new heights through their dedication, ingenuity, and commitment to both their employees and their customers.
