RevSpring Introduces eVoke™ Inbox, A Strategic Email Solution for ARM Organizations

This is an important enhancement in light of a recent decision in the Northern District of California dismissing a putative class action case under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), and allowing debt collectors to send validation notices by email without violating FDCPA, providing that letter is in the body of the email.
