Lisa has thirty-one years of hospital experience holding various roles in both finance and revenue cycle. Lisa has a unique perspective on health care systems. She has grown with the Houston Methodist organization from a single hospital to an eight-hospital system, including a Physician Organization and a research institute. Houston Methodist is ranked number one in Texas and 20th in the nation.
In addition to finance and revenue cycle experience, Lisa serves on the Methodist’s Innovation Team to create transformational change in healthcare delivery resulting in a memorable patient experience. This team meets weekly and is held accountable to the highest executive officer. RevSpring is the first of three Revenue Cycle projects (soon to be) completed due to the Innovation Team’s support.
