Doing the right thing for our customers and their patients drives RevSpring innovation, development and customer service. Our aim? To always deliver the absolute best solutions and service for the many healthcare organizations we are honored to work with. Delivering on that commitment is highly rewarding for everyone at RevSpring. So when KLAS recently recognized us with a Best in KLAS® Award for Patient Communication for our Talksoft Patient Engagement solution we were deeply gratified.
The Best in KLAS award is based on research into the experience of healthcare organizations using products in a specific category. KLAS conducts interviews and evaluates customers’ experience based on specific pillars: culture, loyalty, operations, product, relationship and value. Each vendor is then scored by averaging all evaluations collected for a given solution during the past 13 months, with the highest scoring vendor awarded Best in KLAS within the category.
In other words, our KLAS award and #1 ranking is a direct result of our customers—the most rewarding feedback we can receive. Thank you to all of our customers for the time and thoughtful reflection spent evaluating their experience with our products and company. Your positive evaluations mean the world to us. We strive to be a customer-focused organization. The KLAS evaluations and awards are a tangible measurement against the high standards we set for ourselves everyday.
The annual KLAS awards are the culmination of feedback reflecting the past year. That is highly valuable, but only a part of RevSpring’s efforts to stay in step with our customers. We continually watch, listen and evaluate live feedback throughout the year to understand customer needs, ideas and experiences.
Our product teams are laser-focused on turning feedback and customer input into innovation and improvements. Many of our best ideas come from customers, and when we inevitably make a misstep, we immediately work
to make it right and refine our processes and products as a result.
We consider this a virtuous cycle, where feedback drives improvement, innovation and the expansion of solutions. None of this would be possible without continually receiving feedback from our customers, partners and the industry. So, again, we say thank you for sharing your candid feedback.
