Patient Messaging from RevSpring Now Fully Integrated with Cerner Millennium®

There’s great news for Cerner customers who need precise and individualized patient engagement. RevSpring’s Talksoft® pre-service messaging platform is now fully integrated with the Cerner Millennium® platform, to provide:

  1. Intelligent appointment reminders with results directly within Cerner
  2. Post-appointment messaging and surveys
  3. No-show messaging to encourage rescheduling

This new integration complements the complete RevSpring solution that 1,500 Cerner customers use today, spanning from pre-service to payment.
