Chief Executive Officer
Scott MacKenzie is the Chief Executive Officer for RevSpring, joining the company in March of 2019.
Scott is a veteran of healthcare industry technology, with over 25 years of leadership experience in consumer engagement, analytics, payments, and digital transformation. Most recently, Scott served as CEO of M*Modal, a leading technology provider of advanced clinical documentation solutions, recently acquired by 3M. The team at M*Modal focused on increasing productivity and the user experience of healthcare providers by seamlessly integrating technology and services to improve clinical documentation and allow physicians to focus on their patients and providing care.
Prior to that, Scott was CEO of Passport Health Communications until its acquisition by Experian, where he served as President of Experian Health. Scott was also part of McKesson Corporation as President of RelayHealth Pharmacy Solutions. He also held executive positions at Cerner Corporation, where he ran its Providing Care business unit focused on physician, nurse, pharmacist and consumer electronic health record (EHR) software.
Scott holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BS from Utah State University.
EVP – Healthcare Chief Commercial Officer
Valerie joined RevSpring as Executive Vice President – Healthcare Chief Commercial Officer in June of 2020. Valerie will be responsible for driving sales efforts and market strategy for RevSpring across all healthcare segments. Most recently Valerie was Chief Revenue Officer at Verisys. Prior to that she was Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RelayHealth, a division of McKesson and has held several sales leadership roles with NDCHealth, FiServ, Derivion and Eli Lilly. Valerie has served on a number of boards including the Boys and Girls Clubs of America, WVU’s Pharmacy School Advisory Board and Georgia State’s Young Business Leaders. Valerie was recognized by Hot Topics in 2016 as one of the Top 100 U.S. Sales Leaders & Operations Executives.
President, Financial Services Markets
Cheryl joined RevSpring in 2018 as Vice President, Financial Services and became President, Financial Services in 2019. Her focus is on driving business results through market development and strategic account leadership for the Financial Services industry. Cheryl has a broad range of experience including operational management, process improvement, and business development and is passionate about excellence in serving clients. Prior to joining RevSpring, Cheryl held several Vice President positions within DST Systems.
Chief Financial Officer
John Carson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of RevSpring, joining the company in 2014. John is a senior financial leader with more than 20 years of Big 4 public accounting and senior financial experience. He is a CPA and has served as CFO at both service and automotive companies owned by private equity investors.
Prior to joining RevSpring, John was CFO of Meridian Lightweight Technologies, a tier one automotive supplier producing magnesium die cast parts. While at Meridian, John was responsible for the global finance and accounting functions with operations in U.S., Canada, Mexico, U.K., and China. Before Meridian, John spent six years as CFO at Fluid Routing Solutions, Inc. and was responsible for all finance, accounting, tax, and risk management functions along with human resources and information technologies. He has held executive finance positions at ASC Incorporated, Innovative Leather Technologies, LLC, Peregrine Incorporated, and EQ – The Environmental Quality Company.
Chief Technology Officer, Digital
Bill Needham joined RevSpring in 2015 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the development of RevSpring’s customer-facing technology solutions and platforms. Bill is a healthcare technology industry and analytics industry veteran with 30 years of experience leading development organizations. Prior to joining RevSpring, Bill served as Vice President, Technology and Development at Wellness & Prevention, a Johnson & Johnson company. He has also held positions at Thomson Reuters Healthcare and Fair Isaac.
Chief Technology Officer, Print
Lino Carnesecca joined RevSpring in October 2018 as Chief Technology Officer, responsible for our Print, Mail, and Postage functions with oversight of File Ingestion, Document Composition, Platform Processing, and Factory Systems. Lino has over 30 years of experience optimizing technical, operational, and financial performance, and has established himself as a customer-focused leader with excellent business acumen and unwavering commitment to building and leading world-class business and IT operations and organizations. Prior to joining RevSpring, Lino served as CIO at DST Systems and CTO – UK at DST Customer Communications. He has also held positions at International Billing Services and CableData.
Chief Information Officer
Bernie Mamon, Chief Information Officer, is responsible for application development and support, platform integration and infrastructure design, architecture and related program/project management, as well as security and compliance. His depth of technology experience includes quality process improvements, integration of acquired companies, and executing organization transformation focusing on processes, tools, and measurements. Previously, Bernie held several IT leadership positions at Fiserv and EDS, an HP company.
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer
Crista Harwood is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of RevSpring. Crista joined RevSpring in 2020. Prior to joining RevSpring she served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for EnableComp, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for Experian Health and General Counsel and Secretary for Passport Health Communications. Before this, Crista provided counsel to many healthcare clients as part of the Waller Law firm. Her early career was as an engineer in the automobile industry. Crista has a juris doctorate from the Vanderbilt Law School, a Master’s in Business Administration from the Eli Broad College of Business at the Michigan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Kettering University.
President of Payments
As President of Payments, Steve leads the vision, integrated product strategy, and strategic partnerships for RevSpring merchant and payment software solutions. Steve has a proven track record for building and managing high-performing teams to deliver transformative integrated payments solutions that drive results for clients. He is a payments industry veteran with more than 15 years of leadership experience, including within the healthcare industry. Prior to joining RevSpring, Steve led the integrated payments businesses and market strategies with several payments industry leaders, including Elavon, EVO Payments International and Global Payments.
Vice President, Patient Engagement
Howard Bright joined RevSpring in April, 2019 as Vice President, Patient Engagement, where he is responsible for developing and enhancing our solution suite for engaging patients at the front-end of the intake/access process including consents, pre-registration, eligibility, enrollment and other activities around this point of access. Howard brings over 27 years of experience in healthcare and information technology to the role covering technology, product development, product launch, software development, and development operations. His previous positions include EvidenceCare, InvisionHeart and Passport Health Communications.
VP, Solutions Delivery & Support
Richard joined RevSpring in 2018 as Vice President and has responsibility for both the implementation of RevSpring’s technology solutions and customer support operations. Richard has spent 20 years in the healthcare technology industry leading customer facing professional services teams in geographies such as Europe, Asia Pacific, and North America. Prior to joining RevSpring, Richard served as Vice President, Professional Services at Orion Health. He has also held senior leadership positions at Dell, Perot Systems, and the UK National Health Service.
VP, Customer Experience
Elizabeth is Vice President of Customer Experience at RevSpring. Elizabeth is passionate about inspiring her teams to create remarkable experiences for clients. Elizabeth came to RevSpring through the acquisition of Apex Revenue Technologies. Previously, Elizabeth was President of LetterLogic and held positions at NASDAQ, NYSE, and the Billy Graham Foundation.
VP, Product Operations
Eric is responsible for production and general operations for the RevSpring print facilities and staff. Eric came to RevSpring through the acquisition of Apex Revenue Technologies. Eric began his career in the insurance industry, beginning with Alfa Mutual Insurance Company and Progressive Insurance.
VP, Marketing & Product
Kristen is responsible for product management, product marketing, corporate marketing, and brand development at RevSpring. Kristen came to RevSpring through the acquisition of Apex. Kristen brings a unique perspective to healthcare financial communications, having spent 25 years in a wide variety of marketing and product management roles with leading customer experience technology organizations, most recently as head of marketing at Calabrio.
VP Business Development; President, TECH LOCK
Brian is responsible for aggressively growing the company through an innovative product and delivery strategy focused on security and compliance-related services for both TECH LOCK and the Financial Services market. Brian has more than 20 years of leadership and management experience, driving business results and mission/vision through the use of people, process, and technology. His previous positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Information Office with RevSpring and CIO at SITEL.
VP, Platform Management
Carrie leads RevSpring’s platform management team, guiding technical requirements and release management. Carrie has over 25 years of experience in healthcare product and client solutions. Carrie came to RevSpring through the acquisition of Apex, where she held positions as VP of Client Success and VP of Client Services. Prior to Apex, Carrie worked as the Director of Product Innovation at Humana where she was responsible for developing and implementing innovative solutions for health plan customers and members.
Carrie was named one of Health Data Management’s Most Powerful Women in HIT in 2019.
SVP – Engagement & Payment Applications
Casey leads solution consulting and sales efforts for new direct healthcare customers at RevSpring. Casey has 20 years of experience in developing customized patient engagement and payment solutions for over 100 healthcare revenue cycle clients. His knowledge of patient engagement strategies, including self-service optimization, has made him an advocate for change for RevSpring clients and the healthcare revenue cycle market.
April has a long history of measuring and optimizing digital media for top brands. A technology enthusiast from grade school, she built her career around evangelizing the use of big data to grow customer engagement. April leads our analytics team and oversees exploratory analysis, research and development, and modeling for internal and external clients, as well as our healthcare marketing efforts.
SVP – Channel Partner Solutions
Tom leads channel partner solution consulting and sales efforts for RevSpring. Tom has more than 20 years of experience leading complex sales organizations for high-growth healthcare technology companies. Tom brings the proven ability to match customer needs with solution value, align sales and service delivery to optimize the onboarding of new customers, and support high customer retention rates in recurring revenue business models by positioning customers for ongoing success.
