To help our customers combat thin margins, we have partnered with Base Commerce to integrate its No-Cost-to-Biller™ merchant processing option. The option allows billers to charge a consumer fee and offset processing costs in an easy to use and compliant manner. Available for agent, IVR and consumer self-service payments, a compliant service fee can be assessed to subsidize processing costs, making the process free to billers.
