Welcome Reception | Union Station, The Veranda
After you check in, please join RevSpring leaders, KLAS facilitators and your peers for hors d’oeuvres and cocktails on the Union Station outdoor Veranda. Get to know the attendees for the event, and enjoy the music of Kaylyn Sahs, Nashville recording artist. Location is weather permitting. In case of rain, we will be in the main lobby area of the hotel. Dress is business casual.
7:30 a.m. – Meet in the main lobby for transportation to RevSpring headquarters. The bus will leave promptly at 7:45 a.m., so please be on time. Dress is business casual.
7:45 a.m. – Shuttle leaves for RevSpring office located at 1131 4th Avenue South, Ste 330.
8:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. – Arrival, check-in and breakfast
8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. – Formal 20 minute breaks will occur at 9:30 a.m. and 2:10 p.m. to catch up on calls and network.
Lunch will be served from 11:30 to 12:30, with further opportunity to catch up on calls and network.

4:15 p.m to 4:30 p.m. – Load shuttle to return to Union Station
5:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Cocktail Reception & Dinner | Union Station, Stationairy Restaurant
The cocktail reception and buffet dinner will be informal. This will give you an opportunity to return to your rooms, catch up with family, and freshen up for the evening concert event. Dress is smart casual/business casual.
6:30 p.m. to 6:45 p.m.
Meet in the main lobby for shuttle to Nashville Symphony. Bus will leave promptly at 6:45 p.m. so please be on time.
7:30 p.m. – 9:30 p.m.

Tickets to the concert will be handed out as you board the shuttle.
9:45 p.m.
Meet in Symphony lobby to board shuttle back to hotel. Arrive at Union Station at 10:00 p.m.

Breakfast Buffet | Union Station, South Wind Room
Our event officially ends after the concert on Thursday evening, but please feel free to stop by the South Wind room for breakfast and a last opportunity to network with colleagues before you depart. Safe travels home!
