Who should attend the RevSpring Action Conference?
Healthcare executives and senior leaders specializing in: Revenue Cycle, Patient Access, Finance, Engagement, Strategy, Patient Experience, IT, and Treasury.
What’s the cost to attend?
RevSpring will cover event registration, meals, two nights’ hotel accommodations and local transportation.
What costs am I responsible for?
You will be responsible for airfare and transportation to/from the airport.
Where does Action Conference take place?
RevSpring headquarters located at 1131 4th Avenue S in Nashville. RevSpring will provide roundtrip shuttle service from the hotel to our office.
How do I make my hotel reservations?
RevSpring will secure your hotel reservation. Please respond to your confirmation email with your arrival and departure dates.
How should I get to the hotel?
You can take a taxi or Uber/Lyft to Dolly Parton’s SongTeller Hotel located at 211 Commerce Street, Nashville.
When should I plan to arrive?
We’ll be hosting a special VIP Welcome Reception on Wednesday evening, November 4th. Arrive early enough to join us starting at 6pm!
When will Action Conference be over?
The Action Conference will be a full day of learning and collaboration on Thursday, November 5th, followed by a networking reception that evening. We suggest you make flight arrangements for Friday.
What’s the dress code?
Smart casual: nice jeans, trousers, dresses, polos, button-down shirts, and sweaters are welcome. Jackets are optional, and business suits are not necessary.
What meals are included?
Wednesday evening cocktails and dinner; Thursday breakfast, lunch and cocktails/buffet dinner.

What if I want to extend my stay in Nashville?
Provide your preferred arrival and departure dates to Kate and she will confirm with the hotel. Note: RevSpring will cover your room on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. You will be responsible for any additional nights.
