Mary Cox is the Interim Director, Patient Billing for OhioHealth with responsibility of overseeing self-pay collections, bad debt agencies and collections, financial counseling, charity programs, Medicaid eligibility, patient accounts imaging functions, and escalated patient account resolution. With more than 30 years of Revenue Cycle experience, Mary continues to develop and lead many initiatives and programs including remote financial counseling, Covid-19 billing, and increasing patient cash collections.
