Anne Smith is the Manager in the Patient Service Center for OhioHealth responsible for patient collections, PCI compliance and escalated patient account resolution. With more than 24 years of Customer Service and 13 years of Revenue Cycle experience, Anne works to develop her team to reach the next level, taking on multiple source systems, outsourcing their services to other hospitals, reducing patient service concerns all while increasing patient cash collections year over year.
