Invicta’s enrollment department began its partnership with RevSpring in 2020. The project involved expanding Invicta’s proprietary technology solution for identifying and screening uninsured patients with the goal of enrolling qualified patients into Medicaid. The challenge for Invicta was translating its proprietary screening software—which was designed for use on tablets during direct conversations with patients at their bedside—for use in a digital messaging campaign to reach patients who miss in-person screenings.
Invicta partnered with RevSpring to develop a robust software application that could manage high volumes of SMS and email messages without the need for an expensive call center.
