Professional Finance Company (PFC) offered an online payment portal on their Web site that they had used for years. But, it didn’t meet needs of consumers, and its inefficiencies and limitations were causing frustration for their team. An inability to match their vision, combined with a heavy reliance on internal IT, led to the conclusion that it might be time to change payment portals.
After selecting RevSpring’s portal, PFC went live in May 2012. The agency averages about 1,500 payments a month and has collected more than $3.5 million in payments during a 12-month period.
