A Culture of Ethical Behavior and Compliance

RevSpring’s philosophy on compliance requires a corporate culture of ethical behavior. Compliance serves at the lens through which RevSpring views all decisions. We believe companies that focus on ethical cultures attract and retain top talent, maintain trusted partnerships, sustain high-quality practices, and enjoy long-term financial performance and success.

The Eight Key Components of RevSpring’s Comprehensive
Compliance System

1

High level leadership and oversight

RevSpring’s compliance efforts are led by our Chief Compliance Officer and a compliance committee made up of leaders from each functional area of the company.

1

Open lines of communication

Team members are encouraged to discuss concerns with their supervisor, human resources representative, and the Chief Compliance Officer. RevSpring has a dedicated helpline called “ethicspoint” where individuals can report anonymously if desired. The helpline is available 24/7 and treated with utmost confidentiality.

1

Risk assessment

Corporate compliance risks are evaluated and prioritized on an annual basis based on regulatory requirements and internal controls. New risks are discussed regularly as part of the compliance committee standing agenda.

1

Monitoring and auditing

RevSpring monitors key areas of risks through various departments and systems. RevSpring also engages third-party auditors to test internal controls and/or areas of concern. RevSpring performs audits on its suppliers and sub-contractors as part of a formal risk management program. A dedicated RevSpring internal team responds to all customer audit requests per a standardized process.

1

Standard of conduct/policies and procedures

Standards of business ethics and conduct are practical extensions of RevSpring’s Vision, Mission, and Values. Standards more clearly state RevSpring’s expectations for how team members should conduct themselves to promote and protect the integrity of RevSpring. Each team member is expected to act in a manner consistent with the standards described in this handbook. RevSpring develops and implements policies, procedures, and guidelines that govern its business operations. These policies allow RevSpring to operate in an effective and efficient manner, and to establish expectations for its associates, partners and suppliers.

1

Response to detected deficiencies

RevSpring’s compliance program/system requires that employees respond to reported deficiencies in a consistent manner. Because both recognition and remediation are embedded within RevSpring’s culture, RevSpring’s compliance program both empowers employees while demonstrating accountability to all its constituents.

1

Training and education

All team members receive annual compliance training that includes formal security training, general compliance training covering important regulations, and new hire orientation. In addition to formal training, ongoing compliance and security awareness materials are provided via newsletters, blogs, email alerts, committee meetings, sharepoint educational libraries, professional certifications, webinars, and conferences.

1

Consistent corrective action

RevSpring takes reasonable steps to both appropriately respond to a deficiency, as well as take measures to decrease the likelihood of reoccurrence of a similar deficiency.
