Des Plaines, Ill., (September 10, 2012) — Van Ru Credit Corporation, a leading accounts receivable management company, operating five call centers in the United States and a near shore facility in San Jose, Costa Rica, today announced an exclusive contract with RevSpring, previously PSC Info Group and DANTOM Systems.

An agreement with RevSpring enables Van Ru to further its goals of outstanding performance while maintaining regulatory compliance using secure technology. Using RevSpring’s distributed production facilities allows documents to be created at the facility nearest the consumer for faster delivery. Equally as important, is the exceptional disaster recovery capacity since production facilities are located in the Eastern, Midwestern and Western regions of the country.

Van Ru will be able to communicate with consumers according to their preferences – using any combination of email, text, Web, interactive voice response or the USPS for both outbound and inbound communication. RevSpring’s consumer-centric model makes it more convenient for consumers to respond to Van Ru.
